About the event
Bicycle Assembly and Repair courses serve as an entry point into basic bike mechanics. This 2 day course covers: triaging a bike, learning to identify and assess components, and assembling a bike from the frame up.
Day 1 (Monday): Lecture based --> identifying components, triaging a bike, familiarity with tools
Day 2 (Tuesday): Hands on/Interactive Instruction --> practice using tools, building up a bike as a group
Please note, the event date/time for this class is listed as a one day course. This is a 2 part class held on Monday + Tuesday, and you must be available to attend both sessions from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm in order to register. To allow for interactive learning, class sizes are capped out at 6 participants. Your $60 class fee covers both sessions. Students must be 12 years of age or older.
